Aerospace

Precision metallurgy for aerospace and defence applications.

Aerospace materials must maintain their mechanical and metallurgical properties under extreme temperature, stress, vibration, oxidation and repeated thermal cycling. MSAM develops advanced master alloys, vacuum-cast superalloys, high-purity strategic metals and engineered powders for aircraft engines, airframes, turbine systems, defence platforms and space applications.
Our manufacturing platform is designed around controlled vacuum melting, reactive-element alloying, vacuum casting, atomization and advanced analytical testing. These capabilities support accurate alloychemistry, controlled interstitial gases, consistent microstructure and reliable batch-to-batchperformance.
MSAM works with superalloy producers, titanium alloy manufacturers, investment casting companies, coating specialists, aerospace Tier-1 suppliers, defence organizations and research institutions to develop and localize materials for critical applications.
